Babette's joey is still in her pouch. The little girl is growing away snug and warm. She's working hard to fill in her fur coat so it is thick and long and can keep her warm and safe once she's out of her mother's pouch. Now that her and Babette know their way around each other and the pouch, the joey had ventured out several times to be thoroughly groomed and then has climbed back inside for safety. The way she climbs inside is funny to watch. Her long legs wobbling and swaying she puts her head it first and uses her front arms to pull the rest of her body inside. She turns head over heels and she struggles to fit her gigantic legs against her body as she curls herself around to make her head go back toward the opening to the pouch. Once inside she twists and stretches to get comfortable while Babette patiently waits until she's done moving before attempting to get comfortable herself. The last thing you see is the small tail sticking out while Babette curls herself over to fall back asleep.
