Loulou's Biography
Loulou is a special Animal Ambassador. He was born right here at Animal Wonders. His parents, Ivy and Ki, are animal residents and they had a clutch of eggs! Ivy laid 4 eggs and her and Ki took turns sitting on the eggs until they hatched one by one. It took a whole week for all of the eggs to finally hatch. Ivy and Ki were wonderful parents and fed their chicks many times a day. As the babies grew up we needed to find them homes since Ivy and Ki would not let them stay with them once they left the nest. Loulou's sibling, Izzie, went to live with another conure and they are now the very best of friends. Izzie can say "Hey Buddy!" and "Hello" and loves to take showers and baths. Loulou's other two siblings found a home together with a family who had recently lost their beloved bird due to old age.
Loulou has remained at Animal Wonders to become an Ambassador! We are so grateful that we get to share our lives with him! Loulou has become great friends with Oliver, the sun conure, and we couldn't be happier with the friendship. Oliver needed a friend and Loulou is his perfect buddy.
