Willow's Biography
Willow came to Animal Wonders after he was dropped off at a Pet Store. We happen to frequent the pet store for some of our animal supplies and the owner asked if we could give Willow a home. We brought Willow back to Animal Wonders and introduced him to a fledgling pigeon, Blue. They got along great and Willow helped show Blue how to pick up even the littlest seeds. Willow is a very calm bird that will sit on a hand for hours. He enjoys going to preschools and letting the children feel just how soft birds feathers really are.
Update: Willow has found a girlfriend!! Another rescue dropped off at the Pet Store. Kia is pure white with a light cream ring on her neck. Willow was very excited to meet Kia and performed some impressive dances to win her over. Now the two are inseparable and attend presentations together for double duty.
