Black Dalia, Mexican black kingsnake, healed up nicely and has been doing great for over a month now. Domino, corn snake, laid a 2nd clutch of eggs to our surprise! We now have 4 healthy baby corn snakes from the first clutch that are about to go through their first shed. 4 more eggs are incubating and are due to hatch in a little over a month. Tango, Patagonian cavy, continues to grow faster and faster. He is learning all sorts of new behaviors and generally enjoying life and the scenery on his walks. Ray, rainbow lorikeet, is as good right now as we could possibly hope for. Some of his feathers that he had lucked are now fully in and he gobbles of everything we put in his bowl, even purple cabbage! He still has a long road to complete recovery but he's doing great. Chongo, lilac crowned amazon parrot, has been with us for over a year and he has made vast improvements. Pretty soon he will be ready for his first public appearance. We will choose a very low key atmosphere for his debut. That about covers it for updates at the moment. We are looking forward to the start of the school year, can't wait to see all the new kids this year.
